How to use Intune Win32 App Health Check

2. Wait for the Win32 scan to finish, then start with What should I fix first?, data-source confidence, and Top issues — open any app for score breakdown and packaging detail.
3. Use Print / Save as PDF when you need a shareable snapshot, or jump into Error Code Explorer and Win32 Troubleshooter for a specific HRESULT — then Disconnect to clear this tab's session.

What to know before you start

• V1 focuses on win32LobApp only — store, iOS, Android, and macOS apps are out of scope.
• Health scores are Haivix packaging heuristics with visible deductions — not an Intune portal grade or Microsoft compliance score.
• Install-status reporting APIs can vary by tenant; device failure detail uses Beta reports when available. Packaging analysis still runs from app metadata when reports fail.
• Admin consent is required for DeviceManagementApps.Read.All. Haivix cannot create, modify, delete, or deploy apps.
• Graph listing uses small pages with throttle retry. Responses and tokens stay in this browser tab; Haivix servers do not persist tenant data. This page omits third-party analytics scripts.
