Privacy Policy

Haivix ("we", "us") operates haivix.com and the browser tools published on it. This policy explains what information is collected, how our tools process your inputs, and how third-party services such as Google AdSense and Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers.

How Haivix tools handle your data

Not every tool works the same way. Each tool page describes its processing model; the patterns below cover most of the site.

• Browser-local tools — Most PDF, image, text, converter, calculator, developer, and cryptography tools run entirely in your browser. Files, text, and calculation inputs are not uploaded to Haivix servers for those workflows.
• Server-assisted tools — Some PDF and Office conversions may send files to Haivix infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers) only to complete the conversion you requested. Those files are processed for the operation and not retained as a permanent archive.
• URL inspection tools — Campaign Link Checker submits a URL so Haivix can follow redirects and read public page metadata. Submitted URLs are not permanently stored.
• AI tools — Grammar Checker, Text Paraphraser, and Text Summarizer send the text you submit to Haivix AI endpoints (/api/v1/ai) to generate a response. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal data to these tools.
• Microsoft Intune tools — Intune Win32 App Health Check and related workbenches may use Microsoft sign-in (MSAL) so your browser can call Microsoft Graph with read-only permissions you approve. Tokens and tenant scan results stay in your browser tab for the session; Haivix servers do not store tenant inventory, install results, or access tokens.

Local drafts (for example invoice or resume builders) may be saved in your browser's local storage until you clear them.

Information we collect

• Usage analytics — Google Analytics (measurement ID G-P6F2DQLHF8) collects aggregated page views, referrers, device/browser types, and general usage patterns. We use this to understand which tools are used and to fix problems.
• Advertising data — Google AdSense (publisher ID pub-4574779692033602) and its partners may use cookies, mobile identifiers, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, limit ad frequency, and show personalized advertising where permitted by law.
• Newsletter — If you subscribe, we store your email address to send occasional product updates.
• Contact email — If you email us, we receive the address and message content you send.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not build a permanent library of files you process in browser-local tools.

Google AdSense and advertising cookies

Haivix uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to:

• Deliver ads based on your visits to this site and other sites
• Measure ad performance and prevent fraud
• Limit how often you see the same ad

You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google at Google Ads Settings. You can also visit aboutads.info or networkadvertising.org for industry opt-out tools. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads on Haivix. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to Haivix and/or other websites. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate. Google may process IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage events according to Google's Privacy Policy. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Other third-party services

• Brevo — Newsletter subscriptions are processed by Brevo. See Brevo's privacy policy.
• Microsoft — When you choose Microsoft sign-in on Intune tools, Microsoft processes authentication according to Microsoft's terms and your organization's policies.
• Cloudflare — Haivix is hosted on Cloudflare Pages/Workers. Cloudflare may process request metadata for security and delivery.

Data retention

Server-assisted processing is kept only as long as needed to complete the requested operation. Analytics is retained in aggregated form. Newsletter addresses remain until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold. You can also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact hello@haivix.com to make a request.

Children

Haivix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Report incorrect results or privacy concerns

If a tool returns an unexpected result or you have a privacy question, email hello@haivix.com with the tool name, what you expected, and what happened. For Intune guidance, treat exports as starting points and validate in your tenant before production use.

We may update this policy when tools, vendors, or legal requirements change. The date below shows when this version was last revised.
