Rules and guidelines for using the Haivix platform.
By accessing or using Haivix.com and its tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of services
Haivix provides browser-based tools and utilities for personal and commercial use. You are responsible for how you use outputs from our tools and for complying with laws that apply to your work.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload or submit content you do not have the right to use
- Do not use Haivix to distribute malware, spam, or illegal material
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure
- Do not scrape the site in ways that impair service for others
- Respect rate limits on AI and server-assisted endpoints
No professional advice
Haivix tools are utilities, not professional services. Results from finance, tax, legal, medical, security, or Intune tools are starting points for your own review — not accounting, legal, medical, or IT consulting advice. Verify calculations, exports, and recommendations before relying on them in production, billing, compliance, or patient-facing contexts.
AI tools
AI-generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your audience. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking AI output before publishing or acting on it. Do not submit confidential or regulated data to AI tools unless your organization permits it.
Intune and Microsoft tools
Intune workbenches help you analyze, compare, and draft configuration artifacts. They do not replace Microsoft documentation, change management, or tenant-specific testing. You must validate detection rules, OMA-URI settings, policy diffs, and Graph exports in a representative environment before deployment. Microsoft sign-in uses your organization's Entra ID policies; Haivix does not control tenant consent or permissions.
Disclaimer
Haivix tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haivix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of our services.
Intellectual property
Haivix branding, site design, and original tool implementations remain our property. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us only the rights needed to operate the service you request (for example, processing a file during conversion or sending text to an AI endpoint).
Third-party services
Some tools link to or rely on third parties (Google, Microsoft, Brevo, destination APIs, and others). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Haivix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
